I'm a highly engaging Public Speaker with a unique background. My flagship presentation is called "Martial Arts In The Workplace", and is specifically designed to help young people transition from Student to Employee. From the job interview to their first leadership position, the concept of "Black Belt Excellence" guides entry-level employees towards a goal that managers spend millions of dollars trying to achieve; the "Engaged Employee". Nearly a cliche already, Employee Engagement is a modern, research-driven term that describes a concept taught in Martial Arts schools for thousands of years. At its most basic, it is an intentional alignment of energy. In the workplace, that translates directly to less turnover, absenteeism and theft, superior Customer Service and more profits for your company. I'm a black belt instructor, an experienced manager of manufacturing facilities (both Corporate and "Mom and Pop"), Radio Stations and my own Entertainment business (Live Music and Comedy). Former Air Force (and Air Force "brat"), I'm happy to assist our returning Service men and women re-purpose their Military skills into commercially marketable civilian careers.
