Frequently Asked Questions: Does the recording studio have more than 1 room- Yes, the recording studio is divided into 2 rooms. The control room and the recording room. Is there a possibility to use your instruments during the recording session- Yes, you can find our instruments under 'Gear' on our website. These can be used at no extra cost. Is there space to park- You can park in the driveway of the recording studio, there is parking for max. 6 cars. Until what time is the recording studio open- Recording sessions can continue every day from 09:00 to 21:30 How long does it take for a song to be mixed- We deliver the mix(es) to the artist on average around 2 weeks with a maximum term of 1 month and 3 revisions of the mixed song, 2 online and 1 in person. Is there a place to chill- Behind the recording studio there is a place where artists can relax. This room has a ping pong table, dart board and bar available. Are there drinks or food- Drinks and food are not provided during the recording sessions. If food or drinks are temporarily requested in advance, this can be provided at the expense of the artist. Will the recordings take place live or separately- Recordings can be provided in both ways, both live and separately. Can I hear the other musicians during the recording session- Yes, we have 4 personal monitor systems so you each hear a different individual mix in your headphones. Do you also offer other services outside of recording sessions- Our services extend beyond the recording process. Please contact us with your idea at info@tonzofia.be Can I record with my own sound engineer- The artist can bring his own sound man to the recording studio, but one of our sound engineers always remains present during the recording session. Can I just record for a day without having the song mixed or mastered- Yes, at the end of the day we will send you the multitrack recordings.
