Top Hat Heritage is an archaeology consultancy based in North Canterbury, New Zealand. Established in 2021 by archaeologist Matt Hennessey, Top Hat undertakes heritage and archaeological projects in Christchurch and the surrounding districts. Top Hat Heritage clients include property developers, Councils, private landowners, and others that require archaeological work or advice in compliance with the Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga Act.
