Top Notch Networks (TNN), located in Victorville, CA, is a company which has been in existence for over ten years. TNNs offerings fall into three categories: Sales of computer hardware and software, service of computer hardware and software, and training for both. TNN was founded out of the partners hobby and passion for the computer industry and programming in particular. TNN is a new creation born out of Johnson Computers (3 years), which focused mainly on hardware sales. TNN more appropriately defines the companys full-service offering. TNNs customer niche is small to medium sized companies and no client is too small. TNN adopts many companies which due to their small size have been orphaned by larger networking service organizations. The philosophy and mission of TNN is reliable, around-the-clock customer service which the owners feel sometimes makes their personal lives somewhat limited, but thats how strongly they are committed to extraordinary customer service in a day and age when customer service is severely diminishing.
