In Europe, we operate with TopCap Partners (Europe) GmbH under the umbrella of SMC Investmentbank AG under regulations of the German BaFin and AIFMD. In Switzerland TopCap Partners is accredited under Art. 19.1bis CISA in conjunction with Art. 30a.1 CISO by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.
