TopHat Discovery CIC is a social enterprise offering coaching-based services as a force for social impact and sustainable change. Get involved! Get in touch! We provide four key spaces to think and find courage: 1. Coaching: a non-judgemental & inspiring space in which people, teams or groups can reflect on strengths and take actions to advance objectives 2. Unlock Your Leadership: coaching-led training that supports leaders and leaders-to-be to discover their competencies and inner shifts to be their best 3. Choose Change: Executive, group and team coaching that enables organisations to be the difference they want to make 4. Be a Better Coach club – for coaches to hone their skills, share insights and learn from each other We use deadly-serious fun to support positive social impact through spacious, accessible and engaging coaching and learning techniques where we co-create to make a difference. As a social business, any surplus we generate is used to support smaller organisations and those for whom coaching and training support is otherwise inaccessible.
