Tops International Education Consulting Co. Ltd. was founded in Beijing in 2010 with the mission of helping students reach their full academic potential. We have built a team of elite counselors in both China and the United States who have helped thousands of students maximize chances of admission through mentoring and one-on-one consultations. TOPS employs a unique "5 to 1" model which ensures that the student will receive instruction from consultants with a variety of experiences and expertise areas. TOPS also provides career planning and development as well as travel services for students.
