Tori44 (*Tori-meaning bird in Japanese) specializes in bird ramen, our broth is made from Larry Shultz's Organic chicken and duck bone. We are expanding from our Saint Paul location that does only serve ramen. With their creative freedom, our chefs will be adding new appetizers, desserts and main dishes to our menu. We will be bringing The Salted Duck and Bali Bali, a couple best sellers from Tori Ramen, for your nostalgic needs. With our ramen noodle machine ready to switch on, we will soon be proud to say that EVERYTHING will be made in house by our chefs. We do try our best to stay environmentally conscious. We compost and recycle our waste; use compostable take-out boxes, utensils, straws, napkins & etc. Ramen, amen.
