Toronto No Gi is the home of Toronto's premier No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy. We teach a no-gi style of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where the emphasis is the efficient grips, handles, cokes and sweeps essential to No Gi training. Within this process of control you learn to force the opponent into disadvantageous positions while exposing them to chokes and submissions. To achieve our personal best with the finest technique, and to collectively contribute to the evolution of no-gi Jiu Jitsu. Your confidence will increase while you learn various time tested techniques of self-defense.
