We provide consultancy and project management services to help clients, marketing agencies (and their clients) create sales and marketing databases and manage customer and employee engagement programmes. Key outputs include solutions for building marketing databases, particularly those which involve knitting together different sources of data to create a single customer view, and consultancy regards how to deliver personalised communication programmes across multiple channels. Our solutions normally result in three things - a reduction in marketing costs, an increase in sales and improved ROI (oh, and happy clients!)
