Torregano Utility Services offers a wide range of services, from testing backflow preventors to the rehabilitation of treatment plants, lift stations, and water wells. We have first hand experience with trying to manage daily task, projects, employees, and that dreaded phone call with the next fire to put out. Our goal is to help utilities and their field personnel focus on providing safe drinking water and producing clean treated wastewater.
