Torus Robotics is India's first Tech startup recognized by Startup India (DIPP 51485), working on Unmanned Ground Vehicles, Robotics and Indigenous & Disruptive Powertrain technology for the Defence, Aviation, Automotive & Consumer markets. The startup is India's First and Youngest Defence Startup to Indigenously Design, Develop and Deliver India's Largest Fully Electric Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV), equipped with a 6 DOF Robotic arm, for detection, identification and disposal of life menacing unidentified objects, to the Indian Defence. Awards and Recognitions: 1. Recognized as Pioneer Defence Innovators by IDEX – Indian Defence, for being the Youngest Defence Startups to offer Indigenous UGV to the Indian Defence 2. Won the Birla Global Innovation Challenge 2020 organized by AIC Bimtech, in association with Startup India, amongst 874 Startup Innovations from 7 different countries.
