Total Management and Training (TMT) is a registered training organisation (RTO # 31178) based in Queensland which has been operating for over two decades. We have a variety of courses on offer, from qualifications and accredited short courses, through to non-accredited delivery and workshops. Our core business is safety, so if you want to gain qualifications in this field or engage a safety consultant to ensure your legal compliance, come to the people who live and breathe the subject! Our modern, air conditioned training centre is located in North Cairns. For those outside of Cairns, we offer fully supported self-paced study or can come to you to deliver corporate training such as time management, psychological safety, stepping up to supervisor, de-escalating conflict, and many more.
