The product also reduces or completely removes the manual processing of binders, giving substantial cost and efficiency savings as well as reducing the chance of re-keying errors. The MGA/retail system (GLOBAL Xll) manages the entire business process including quote, auto-rating, bind, Mid-Term Adjustment (MTA), cancellation and renewal. The Product Builder allows users to create and maintain insurance products, which can be launched through an in-built web portal. The Broking system (GLOBAL XB) embraces all aspects of the Broking lifecycle from initial enquiry and quote through to firm order, technical accounting, billing and collections, claims, risk management, full IBA functionality, document management, Management Information and London Market interfaces. The Outwards Reinsurance system (GLOBAL XLPro) manages the entire process including excess of loss claim recovery, excess of loss premium adjustment, proportional account, statistics, document production and credit control. The messaging Gateway (MessageCloud) manages ACORD, XML, web services and EDI messaging enabling data sharing between Coverholders, Lloyd's brokers, Underwriters and approved third parties. The QuoteCloud application simplifies MGA’s capability to produce Lloyd’s certificates and automatically generate risk level declarations into BinderCloud.
