Total Plant Analysis Ltd was established in 2007 by Darren Oakley to provide first class maintenance, repair and breakdown support to existing in house engineering teams and complete maintenance outsourcing. Darren’s experience as a mechanical engineer was developed through a technician level apprenticeship within the machine manufacturing industry, developing and servicing machines for the flat glass industry. During this long serving association with the glass industry Darren has become increasingly aware of the need for the fast response reactive service that is demanded by today’s “just-in-time” manufacturing. However, it is the fundamental ethos of the business that this service, whilst necessary, is an expensive final resort and the key to successful and cost effective manufacturing is a pro-active, condition based maintenance carefully scheduled to give maximum availability, service life and financial return. We can not only fault find and repair but carry out upgrade modification and complete automation replacement, adding another lifetime to your existing plant and equipment.
