Deborah Thomason, owner and founder of Total Transformation Training, started the company in 2015 as she saw a need for professional coaching, training, mentoring and educating in health and wellness in the greater Huntsville, AL community. Deborah has an extensive background in the personal training profession. She has hosted a syndicated, internationally broadcast TV fitness program and conducted fitness training in multiple countries across her 25 years of professional experience. She served as an NCAA level strength and conditioning coach, choreographed and led a high school dance team to a state championship, and trained professional level athletes. She is Certified in Strength and Conditioning, Health Coaching, and CPR. Deborah has a BA in Kinesiology and a Black Belt in Karate. Certified Personal Trainers provide one-on-one or small group training and tailor the workouts to the client's specific needs and goals. Boot Camp classes are designed for all fitness levels. Presenting elements of strength, conditioning, flexibility, martial arts, agility and endurance exercises in varying formats keeps the classes challenging and fun. We provide individual attention in a group setting, modifying and progressing as needed to challenge each individual. We focus on proper technique to prevent injury and get amazing results. yoga classes challenge all fitness levels to gain strength, increase flexibility and balance, and relieve stress. Corporate Wellness Program provides on-site group fitness classes, personal training, health classes, health coaching, nutritional counseling, running programs, and special events. We have a staff of world class professionals including a Certified Sports & Conditioning Specialist, an Army Master Fitness Trainer, Certified Personal Trainers, Certified Group Fitness Instructors, Physical Therapists, a Chiropractor, and Health Coaches to help you "Be Your Best Self Ever!
