Total Urgent Care is the largest and premier occupational health clinic of choice in Harford County. We offer exceptional customer service, reliable and competent medical care, and solutions for our clients' occupational health care needs. These core competencies are accomplished by employing medical staff that is well versed in DOT, OSHA, CDC, and related occupational regulations, requirements, and protocols for the delivery of workplace medicine second to none. Total Urgent Care has purposely designed a customer service model that allows it to deliver exceptional customer service. First and foremost, the goal is to provide compassionate and affordable medical care, while delivering excellent customer service. To reach this goal, Total Urgent Care takes a team approach to its delivery of medical care and customer service. Although everyone has a different job, every employee can be patient, compassionate, and listen. These components allow our employees to deliver the type of customer service that is difficult to surpass. Total Urgent Care specializes in workplace medicine and injury care, and provides a host of physical exams to include pre/post offer physicals, deployment physicals, medical surveillance, Department of Transportation (DOT), OSHA Respiratory Compliance, and Hazardous Material (HazMat) exams. In addition, Total Urgent Care performs drug and alcohol testing, audiometry and spirometry, and has on-site X-ray, a laboratory and limited pharmacy.
