TotalMTB is a non-profit working to eliminate mental illness stigma, facilitate access to the resources needed to maintain and improve mental health, and to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges, through education, training and physical activity. We partner, encourage and support businesses to offer much needed mental health training for their staff. We also offer guided group mountain biking outings with staff certified in mental health first aid, for those who are more adventurous.
