Never above you, never below you, always beside you. TotalPrecon never delivers cookie cutter sessions. Everybody is unique, so every journey will be too. Our main focus is working closely with clinics and other health & wellness professionals to integrate clients safely back into an active training program after completing Rehab/physiotherapy. We carefully constructed a three step process that comprises of the following: 1. Screening 2.Report/ Rehab/ Referral (R.R.R) 3.Bespoke personal training Our reason for this process 1.(Screening) is what most people fail to realize is that our bodies are all put together differently, what may work for one body may not work for another. Through a bio-mechanical/gait analysis screening with a physio we can understand what your specific and individual needs are as an insight into your body’s very own makeup and how you move. those components can have effects on performance, function and ultimately- injury. By screening we can prevent or understand the causes of what may be restricting the correct function of your body. 2.(R.R.R)- once you have completed your Initial screening, your physiotherapist will write up a detailed report upon his findings of the screening, if necessary treatment/rehab with your physio can be prescribed before you are referred to your next step (Bespoke personal training). 3.(Bespoke personal training) Your physiotherapist will pass your detailed report on to your Bespoke personal trainer and both parties will have a frequent and open channel of communication with one another so that together they can come up with a plan to get you and keep you on the mend, active again and on your way to progression. Our PT sessions are in turn very tailored to your specific needs- bio mechanically, performance wise as well as any additional goals/areas of concern you may have be it losing weight, aesthetics, performance or even just getting fit.
