TOTEiM, a connected services operator to drive the (residential and commercial) building smart for homeowners, occupants, condominium trustees and collective housing economic players. CONNECT - SHARE - IMPROVE We connect buildings, allow residents, trustees to better share collective information in order to reduce the energy footprint and expenses. We facilitate and streamline the communication between all the actors of the co-ownership for a greater implication of all the occupants and to make life in common more "soft". We aggregate all building’s data from heterogeneous sources (collective, internal, external, IoT) in an open environment to add on-demand sensors. We minimize claims through real-time data analysis and implement scenarios to improve proactivity and reduce claims repair costs (predictive maintenance).
