Based in the heart of Puglia, we work to ship our products worldwide in the shortest possible time, organizing logistics to the best of our ability and keeping up to date on shipping methods that best preserve the product. Our principle is simple: freezing allows our customers to have a product that preserves all the characteristics of fresh, anywhere and always available. This makes Totem Food products ideal for every sector: such as traditional catering, fast food, food industries, pizzerias, HORECA but also retail stores and GDO. Quality standards are guaranteed by the exclusive IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) freezing method, which allows products to have a shelf-life of 12 months from the date of production.
