The founding directors set up Totus Solutions Limited, part of the Totus Group of companies with a view to providing ethical support services to businesses and Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) across the UK, both in the education and wider charitable sectors. We understand the special challenges faced in the academy education sectors having worked in senior roles within schools and the wider commercial sector. We specialise in providing consultancy support so organisations can become more streamlined with an eye on sustainability, whilst maintaining or improving stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. We have been instrumental in turning businesses around through change management and restructures to developing successful values led organisations and senior leaders, leaving them with the tools to build for the future.
