We are retained based executive search company operating in CEE region. Our strengths are very good market knowledge, wide network of business contacts and deep insight into business environment in the Central Europe. Our success is based on team work - it allows us to work on projects intensively and deliver selected candidates within short deadlines. Touchdown Czech Republic was founded in 2004 by Barbora Tomšovská and Ivana Votočková. The aim was to offer clients top executive search services with focus on the region of Central Europe. Since then, Touchdown has successfully filled dozens of executive positions across different sectors each year. In 2010 we joined the international Sigma Search Partners network, which is a platform for cross-border projects. All of our consultants have not only long-term experience in executive search, but also from other different market fields. Due to broad team knowledge, we are able to understand our client needs and work effectively.
