Touching Lives Outreach is a non-profit organization located in the USA Los Angeles County. We aim to be an excellent organization with a passion for touching and supporting the lives of needy and less privileged people. As a development, advocacy, and empowerment organization, we empower the less privileged to identify cause problems, leverage opportunities, and find solutions to alleviate poverty and dependence. Our Mission Our mission is to inspire and empower underserved women, men, and children by providing necessities such as food, clothing, and jobs to enable them to recognize their inner talents and gain confidence in their ability to shape a positive future for themselves and their community. Our Vision We envision an empowered community with financially and economically empowered people to make better decisions, complete their education, get fulfilling jobs, and develop an inner compass by which they can shape their lives in a positive direction.
