Touchstone Pilates is a fully equipped, state of the art Pilates studio offering private, semi-private and small group lessons. We offer the highest quality Pilates instruction available based upon the system of exercises and philosophies originally developed by Joseph Pilates; what is today called TRUE PILATES. At Touchstone you will receive individual attention by Lisa Pellow, a ROMANA’S PILATES® certified instructor who understands how to tailor a workout specific to your body and capabilities in an atmosphere defined by energy and professionalism. All instructors are trained as ROMANA’S PILATES® certified instructors by Joseph Pilates’ world renowned protégé Romana Kryzanowska and her daughter, master instructor Sari Mejia Santo. Regardless of your age, fitness level or athletic background, Joseph Pilates’ unique training regimen has proven itself for more than 80 years as an effective and safe method of exercise when taught and applied properly. When you train with Touchstone Pilates you will be working on Gratz Pilates apparatus, the finest equipment available, with designs based upon the original specifications of Joseph Pilates.
