OUR MISSION We partner with organisations to help them meet the unique needs of their men, to break the stigma and to re-educate on the real issues that are pushing men beyond the brink. Tough To Talk is on a mission to reduce male suicide by breaking down the stigmas that stop men from opening up about the issues they face. We empower male-centric spaces to better engage with the men in their communities, integrating men’s mental health into DEI strategies and fostering meaningful change. Additionally, we support charities and non-profits by equipping them with the skills and resources needed to effectively support vulnerable men. By taking the fight directly to the heart of the issue, we’re creating a world where men feel heard, supported, and understood.
