Toujours is a French patisserie based in Breach Candy, Mumbai. It was started in 2009 by internationally trained Head Patissier, Alpa Pereira whose aim was to offer impeccable desserts reminiscent of specialities available in the lanes of France. Toujours, a Patisserie, Boulangerie and Chocolaterie retails a wide variety of handcrafted French delicacies. The selection includes macarons, chocolates, entremets, cookies, vienoisserie, tea cakes, petit fours and more. Toujours also specialises in creating beautifully handcrafted, bespoke cakes for all occasions. With globally-sourced ingredients and strict baking standards, Toujours ensures its products are of premium quality and taste. Alpa Pereira’s legacy began with creating customised cakes under her now, 30-year old brand Cake ‘n’ Candy in Andheri (W) which is the head office for Toujours. Through her travels and training in France, Germany, USA and Austria among other places, she has perfected her craft and is committed to delivering excellence to her customers.
