De citroenen komen rechtstreeks van de boom in Italië en het rode fruit wordt onder andere door zorgboerderijen gekweekt. Om volledig circulair te zijn worden de restproducten weer gedoneerd aan deze zorgboerderijen. Daarnaast kan elk bedrijf een samenwerking aangaan om een eigen likeur (met etiket design) te creëren.
