Tova Capital, Inc. is a Los Angeles-based real estate investment and development company focusing on commercial, value-add acquisitions between $5 million and $30 million in the prime Southern California markets with an emphasis on the Westside, Hollywood, South Bay, Downtown and Valley regions of Los Angeles. Principally, Tova seeks investment opportunities to rehabilitate and reposition older industrial and office buildings into creative office, entitle land for higher and better uses and construct ground up development. Tova manages all aspects of the development process including acquisition, construction, financing and disposition.
