Towards Vivencia

Towards Vivencia (TWV) is a methodology that trains the states of consciousness associated to peak performance presence. Through easy but highly effective body routines, TWV increases the maximum potential of the brain and maximise one's neuroplasticity to escalate what makes you irreplaceable. Based on over 20 years of experience and research in anthropology, philosophy and neuroscience, the Towards Vivencia methodology is the first of its kind that locates and replicate peak performance presence across all the different facets of life.
