We connect our network of sophisticated investors, including private equity, family office, and ultra high net worth clients, to unique and often off-market real estate transaction opportunities from our sponsor clients. Through our investors, TVP sources from $10 million to $100 million in equity or debt per transaction. We specialize in raising LP equity capital, but we also assist with preferred equity, mezzanine, traditional debt and other types of financing. Tower Venture Partners supports all real estate asset classes including multifamily, single family, retail, office, industrial and logistics. To date we have raised over $500 million in capital for transactions worth over $2.5 billion.
