Town Break Dementia Support Services

Town Break is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) supporting people living with dementia and unpaid carers across Stirling, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire. Since 1992, we’ve delivered flexible, community-based support that helps people stay connected, feel included and live well with dementia, while ensuring unpaid carers have time, space and support that fits real life. Our services include social/lunch groups, one-to-one home and community support and carer support, delivered by a skilled team alongside dedicated volunteers. We work in partnership with local authorities, NHS Forth Valley and third sector organisations to provide relational, accessible support rooted in the communities we serve.
