We are Town Planning Group, a specialist resource management and land development consulting firm established in 2006 with offices in Queenstown, Christchurch and Auckland. Our in-depth knowledge of New Zealand planning legislation and commercial awareness of the development process enables us to provide informed and strategic advice to our clients. Quality advice, pragmatic thinking and dependable service form the backbone of our company approach. We like to keep things interesting, with a range of work and client base that is a little bit out of the ordinary. Along with our local clients, we work with large-scale developers, local and government agencies, community, and interest groups plus national/international corporations. We consider ourselves lucky in that we get to work with some great clients, with varied projects across the country – we actually mean it when we say no two days are the same! We have an extremely low turnover of staff and there is a good reason for that. We recognise it’s the team that makes our company engine run smoothly, and like any engine, we know we need to look after it.
