Townsends & Co Estate Agents were originally established in 1983, they were one of the first agencies in Northwood. Townsends & Co operated from offices in Station Approach, Northwood for 33 years. Following a change of ownership and company name to Townsends (Northwood) Ltd, and a desire to refresh the business we moved to a brand new office in Maxwell Road, Northwood. Being an Independent agency as Directors we have a hands-on approach in the day to day running of the business which ensures that all client’s needs are met and exceeded. We are passionate about property, the clients we serve and the areas in which we operate. Our staff have all lived and worked in the area for many years becoming an integral part of the local community, building on our reputation for friendly professional service.
