Township Capital is a Private Equity investment firm located in Palm Beach, Florida. We specialize in executing programmatic general partner GP equity co-investments in collaboration with real estate operators and developers (GPs), as well as institutional equity investors (LPs) across the United States. Our firm targets opportunistic real estate investments nationwide, with a focus on the residential, industrial, office, and hospitality sectors. We seek both acquisitions of existing assets and ground-up development projects that are undervalued by the capital markets; simultaneously evaluating the underlying capital structure and the strength of the partnership and investment platform.
