TRA is a residential construction company focused on sustainability and affordability. Our Mission is to have a positive impact for the communities we serve, the clients we service, and the people we employ. To serve this mission, we are working in Baltimore City to rehabilitate vacant rowhouses for perpetually affordable homeownership, while also doing contract work for likeminded homeowners and investors looking for quality renovations to their own properties in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. We set ourselves apart from your standard rehabber by working as if “our mothers would be living here,” forming personal relationships with our customers, and using out-of-the-box thinking to incorporate self-sustaining techniques into our processes. We employ a diverse workforce that may otherwise be under-represented in the construction industry. We believe that our employees should be able to afford the services that they provide and compensate them accordingly.
