Integral to bringing innovations to the UK waterproofing market from abroad, namely drainage channels which changed the industry in the late 90’s. We serve as examiners on the CSSW (Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing) qualification, and also the CSTDB (Certificated Surveyor in Timber and Dampness in Buildings) qualification. In-house MRICS Surveyor. PCA registered Waterproofing Design Specialist; our Director also vets candidates seeking to join the register of Waterproofing Design Specialists. TRADA qualified Visual Strength Grader – Timber. Specialists in dealing with failed waterproofing systems. Constructionline, CHAS, Acclaim and Safe Contractor accredited. BS EN ISO:9001 quality management system certification since 1991, we believe that we were the first company of our type to obtain this. Instrumental in setting up GPT (now GPI insurance) in the 80’s to insure homeowners guarantees, protecting them against contractors issuing long term guarantees and then going out of business – the Director General of the Office of Fair Trading called this ‘a landmark in consumer protection’. Instrumental in setting up the CSSW waterproofing qualification established by the PCA.
