TrackActive is a digital health company with the objective of optimising population musculoskeletal health and wellbeing. We create innovative digital products focused on providing evidence-based health information, advice and exercise programmes. Our team is made up of world leading health and technology professionals. Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions affect the bones, joints and muscles. It’s the leading contributor to disability and sickness absence globally. It can have a significant impact on mental health and vice versa. What we offer TrackActive Me – TrackActive Me is an application enabling people to prevent and self-care for common MSK conditions. This is through an initial chat-bot assessment to profile their exercise habits and provisionally diagnose any MSK conditions. TrackActive Me is currently used by corporates, insurers and the NHS. TrackActive Pro – TrackActive Pro is exercise prescription and outcome measurement software for health professionals to design, deliver, support, monitor adherence, and track the outcomes of patient home rehabilitation programmes. TrackActive Pro is currently used in the NHS (North West Boroughs Healthcare MSK services) and private health clinics across 12 countries. Our Partners and Awards TrackActive received an Innovate New South Wales government grant in 2015. We have participated in the Startupbootcamp InsurTech London accelerator (2017), Sport England’s Open Active accelerator (2018), DigitalHealth.London NHS accelerator (2019) and London South Bank University SimDH program (2019). In 2018 we were the winner of The Digital Insurer (TDI) European Startup InsurTech Award. We have a number of clinical, strategic and distribution partnerships including General Reinsurance Group (2017), Physio First (2018), Rehab Minder(2019), Centre for Health and Human Performance(2019), London South Bank University (2019) and Ergoworks Physiotherapy & Consulting (2019).
