Tracre recognises an opportunity to empower agents whilst protecting landlords commercially sensitive information from being made public. Tracre enables tenant advisors to send inquiries to all landlords of buildings of interest with one click and receive offers customised to the unique requirements of the tenant. Landlords can make offers on off-market opportunities that otherwise would not have been discoverable (e.g. future lease expiries, space reconfiguration, change of use etc.). Tracre combines this inquiry based approach to discovery with end-to-end deal and lease management, giving landlords a command centre from which to align market demand with their asset management strategy.
