As a leadership advisor, educator, and facilitator, I work with leaders at all levels to build ethical and joyful workplaces, where all members find meaning and purpose. Leadership coaching (on an individual or team level), helps you gain greater clarity about your most important values, priorities and purpose, and to develop insight into your own habitual roles and behavioral patterns. When you have greater self-awareness, you are better able to separate what is your problem, and what is the system’s problem. I don’t have all the answers, but you do! I’m here to work with you to uncover what is beneath the surface. Common Leadership Coaching Goals: • Identify and leverage your preferred leadership style. • Strategize how to develop or work more productively with your existing network. • Enhance self-awareness and mindfulness of individual leaders. • Improve individual and team performance. • Increase understanding of systems dynamics (structures and processes) on the individual, as well as the role of the individual within the system. Organizational Learning Some organizational problems require us to challenge the status quo, in order to change behaviors and ways of working that have become comfortable, but perhaps ineffective. Changing comfortable ways of working can be difficult, as it involves loss. This is why these processes are generally facilitated by an external consultant. I can’t fix it for you, but I can develop and facilitate processes to help your team/organization have difficult conversations so you can tackle your problems together.
