I created TradeBuddy for us, Car Dealers. I cannot stand waste or inefficiency. The way we have been managing our used car wholesale operation is more than 70 years old. Why wait until next Tuesday, to hopefully have 30-40 bidders on my wholesale unit, when I can have or more real buyers in 20 seconds? Why truck a car 300 miles away just for those 30-40 people to look at it? Why pay $200-$500 to someone else just to showcase MY inventory? And the guy who buys it also has to pay the same $200-$500. TradeBuddy is my solution to this waste and inefficiency. Think of Facebook or Instagram. You post a life changing event, and all of your friends can see it instantaneously. What is more life changing than your life’s passion: Used Cars? TradeBuddy does just that. When you have a vehicle that does not fit your inventory profile (i.e: Too much stock, Overage, or just doesn’t fit your sales mix), post it! Then everyone in your network knows what you have, and knows that you WANT to sell it. It really is not more complex than that. It would take you 5 hours just to tell 100 people you have that unit for sale, why not take 60 seconds and tell How many times have you sent a vehicle to auction, paid all the associative expenses to do so, and then seen it on a competitors lot a week later?
