Trader & Co. is a family-owned and operated, social good café serving award-winning, inhouse roasted, ethically sourced specialty Six8 Coffee alongside authentic, seasonal food with a selection of must-have offerings located in the burgeoning regional NSW town of Yass, a short drive from Canberra. Trader & Co’s warm, friendly and attentive team help create an inner-city vibe with renown country charm welcoming locals and visitors alike. Trader & Co. offers wholesome, rustic, tasty and nutritious breakfast, lunch and all-day menu items with many vegan and takeaway options, a selection of organic teas, freshly made juices and patisserie items. Their inhouse coffee roastery, Six8 Coffee, works with a small number of Australian-based suppliers who contract with Growers of Origin to not only source exceptional green coffee beans, but also invest back into those coffee communities. As a social good enterprise, Trader & Co. donate 10c from every cup and $1.00 from every 1 kilogram of Six8 Coffee beans sold to organisations who are actively working to fight against human trafficking and modern-day slavery.
