Tradertent is being set up to transform communities across Africa by digitizing retailer access to essential goods and services. We are building a business-to-business e-commerce supply chain linking small-scale retailers to manufacturers. The idea is to create efficient supply chains in the informal markets by connecting large suppliers to shop owners. We aim to digitize orders, delivery, and payments with the aim of reducing costs and increasing profit margins. In this case, informal shop owners order their products via SMS, USSD, phone call, and mobile app. Once the order is received, we process and ensure delivery within 24 hours.
