Tradewinds Security Professionals (TSP) is a high-end private security company founded in June 2017 by Eric M. Beale, a former law enforcement officer and Team Rubicon member, after discovering lax regulations on Colorado-based security companies. TSP has about +120 accumulative years of experience in every aspect of Security and Law Enforcement. E. Beale, Founder & President has laid the groundwork and brought many others into the fold who could complement his goals and aspirations on having the most advanced and skilled professionals in the industry. Experience and training from the following: Law Enforcement (PD and SO), US Homeland Security, US Department of Defense, and the US Department of the Interior. We also have military-trained agents. Our President is a certified tactical instructor and all training is completed in-house to allow for consistency in quality for all of our agents. Our employee base is comprised of prior/current first responders, law enforcement officers, and/or veterans. We only select the best of the best for our team.
