Who are we? Traffic Data Centre (TDC) was founded in 1992 and was born out of the privatisation of Westminster City Council’s Traffic and Highways Department. TDC retained several of Westminster’s core staff who brought with them a wealth of experience. Traffic Data Centre offers a wide range of traffic data services at competitive rates.
