Trafford Oliver is a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants offering a dedicated, personal and professional service within the commercial property sector. We are based in Nottingham and operate predominantly throughout the Greater Midlands but have clients and instructions that take us Nationwide. We specialise in advising on the development, sale, letting and acquisition of commercial property and investments with a focus particularly in the retail, roadside and leisure sectors. We work with clients from major Pension Funds to national, regional and local developers and property companies to private individuals. We also work with individual and corporate tenant occupiers whether it be assistance with the acquisition of new premises and opportunities, or specific property advice.
