Trailball
TrailBall is a new sport combining soccer and trail running. TrailBall is a fun, physically demanding running activity which develops cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Teams of runners work together to move a ball over challenging terrain. Numerous variants (TrailBall Speed, Enduro, Zen) including activities for non-runners. TrailBall is currently a French-language pilot project in France which will be expanded to other countries in the near future.
