Train Together delivers a wide variety of training for the education, childcare, logistics and business sectors, from bespoke short courses, to specialised Leadership and Management training, to 16-18 and Adult Apprenticeships. We work with organisations large and small, including local authority schools across the East Midlands, South Midlands and London, Academies and Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Caterpillar, Bellrock, and the John Lewis Partnership. As an ESF and SFA partner, we are experts at finding and allocating funding to our client’s recruitment and training needs, supercharging their budgets, and offering a well-rounded one-to-one approach with each member of their team. We are also RoATP-approved for Levy Apprenticeships, manage an Adult Learner Loan account and deliver the Adult Education Budget. Our aim is to help our clients develop a more skilled workforce, in turn improving an employee's self confidence, job satisfaction, on-job performance and cost-effective working. A well-structured and professional training programme enables employees to realise their opportunities in the workplace through the work-based training and learning.
