We are a passionate training facility designed to give a unique ‘real life’ construction experience with a focus on those who live and work in around Essex. We utilise our facility as a full-service for on and off-site training to ensure a high-quality learner experience. We support anyone looking to enter the construction industry and upskill those already working there. We are intent on giving back, especially to those who relish the opportunity for a second chance in life e.g. Ex-military, ex-offenders and the disadvantaged to help them back into sustainable long term employment. We also firmly believe in motivating and enticing young people to aspire to work in the construction industry.
