Training Attention

Training Attention Ltd specialise in cultural change and transitions, coaching networks and organisational learning. We work with individual systems and systems of individuals. We aim to spread ideas and tools which reduce contempt, increase curiosity and improve collaboration at work, at home, in business, in schools and in our community. By working in a wide variety of contexts we keep our ideas fresh, our rigour challenged and we avoid ‘going native’. This means we can take an objective, holistic view of the systems we work with. We engage our clients in creating their own solutions and we have developed tools to do this which are simple enough for our work in primary schools but effective enough to inspire company directors.
